Purpose and Audience
Eilika is designed for smart agriculture support for paddy crops, including irrigation monitoring, pest control, water level monitoring, farm interventions, training, and carbon emission reduction program records. The app is intended for farmers, agricultural workers, field staff, cluster coordinators, and authorized administrators.
User Safety
- Users should provide accurate farm, crop, and contact information so field staff can support them correctly.
- Users should not upload offensive, illegal, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated content.
- Users should follow local agricultural safety practices and official guidance when applying irrigation, pest control, fertilizers, or other farm interventions.
- App guidance is intended to support agricultural decision-making and does not replace professional agronomy, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Content and Conduct
The app does not provide public social networking features. Uploaded photos, documents, feedback, grievances, and field records are used for agricultural operations, support, monitoring, verification, and reporting. We may remove or restrict content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, privacy-invasive, or unrelated to the program.
Child Safety
Eilika is not directed to children and does not knowingly target children. The app must not be used to upload, request, share, or store child sexual abuse material, child exploitation content, or any content that harms minors. Any such content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Data and Access Safety
- Account access is protected through login credentials and OTP or other verification where applicable.
- Users should keep passwords and OTPs private and should report suspected unauthorized access.
- Only authorized personnel should access farmer, plot, visit, training, and program records for permitted operational purposes.
- Location, photo, and document permissions are used only for app features such as plot mapping, visit monitoring, verification, and support.
Reporting Abuse or Safety Issues
Response Process
Reports are reviewed by authorized team members. Depending on the issue, we may restrict account access, remove content, contact the user for verification, preserve records for audit or legal purposes, or report serious violations to the relevant authority.
Policy Updates
We may update these standards to reflect app changes, Google Play requirements, safety practices, or legal obligations. The current version will remain available on this page.
